No I dont. They make too big a deal over the space shuttle that just orbits. Plus when asked to go back they said it would take 15 years to get the technology to do it again......have you seen those clunker computers they had in the 60's? There is no way they went!

i do not believe much of what uncle sam or the tv tells me.

but i do believe that we did land on the moon.

why do i believe this.

because durring the alleged moon landing. one of their missions was to place some reflective surfaces that astronomers could shine a focused light on and measure the time elapsed between sending the beam and the refraction of the beam. several observatories have used this to calculate the path of the moon around the earth.

none of the conspiracy theories that hi have heard can seem to bust this piece of evidence.

furthermore if they filmed it in a studio like people say someone would have found hard evidence by now. too many people would have had to be involved to keep an operation like that secret.

the photos that show many angles of shadows that most conspiracy theorists claim are proof positive that artificial light was used. well anyone ever seen what happens on a rounded landscape that is being hit by light from a single source. especially when the source is much bigger than the item to be illuminated.

do it yourself.

take a soccer ball. glue some styrofoam chuncks over the surface. then shine a spot light on it in a dark room from about 20 feet away.

this is not exactaly a scale model but the effect is the same. the rounded surface changes the angle of the shadows that are projected by a single source of light.

the same effect can be witnessed to a smaller degree in the large deserts of the earth.

Yes i was holidaying there at the time and i distinctly remember being woken up from a deep sleep by some badly dressed loud mouthed idiots playing golf in the middle of the night and doing hand break turns in the car park behind the hotel.
I had always assumed they were either German or Japanese.
Not surprised to hear they were American.

I don't really believe that. There have been several reports on the discrepancies found with the first trip to the moon. It's always easier to believe what you WANT to believe.

No. Supposedly we landed in the late '60s, yet we never seem to go back. Why aren't there any bases on the moon yet???

this is what pisses me of, people believe that a man landed on the moon and then came back, but they don't believe that reincarnation is possible or they don't believe in psychics. I mean seriously, a man went to the moon and came back!! that's crazy!!, you don't even hear of such things in legends or myths. its as unbelievable as dragons and unicorns.

I do. But I wasn't living then so I'll never really know. I'll just hear speechs from the believers and non believers. If it didn't happen it was the greatest houx in history. Second only to the Trojen horse which was just tragic b/c of the massercer.

this topic has been widely debated. some people are convinced that just because they see something on tv, that means its real. looking at the still photos on this site as well as reading a few of the books mentioned has made me think twice. i used to think that people who questioned the moon landing were conspiracy fanatics, until i educated myself. i dont claim that this site has all the answers, but it was a good place to start.

I love this country and our government but that doesn't necessarily mean that I believe everything that I am told.

I do not believe that we landed on the moon.

There's video of it, you dolt. Just look on the net and oyu can see actual footage of the landing, as well as see the reports, etc. on the moon landing. My dad watched it live on television too. And the U.S. Government isn't trying to feed us crap stories, or they'd be telling us that we're going to be attacked by aliens. If you don't like the government here, then move to another place.
