Ouch! I know they hurt! You need to eat more potassium! Try eating a banana once or twice a day. This should help! It helped me for awhile but I eventually got sick of bananas!

As everyone has been saying, you're body needs more potassium -- eat more bananas. I got a leg cramp a few weeks ago. It hurt so bad that i felt the soreness for days! What usually sets me off is when I stretch my legs in the morning or in the middle of the night. I have a habit of pointing my toes when I stretch -- DON'T DO THAT! It's better to flex your feet up instead of out. It really works!

Good luck and congrats!

A lot of it could be due to the type of shoes your wearing. Flats are better or anything you don't have to strain your leg muscles to hold on to. Anything with a heel and open back can cause leg cramps. Try walking, stretching and drinking lots of water that may help also.

I was just reading about it.It says that as your uterus gets bigger you'll get more pressure over the blood vessels and veins that go to your legs, restraining the blood supply to them....so they get crampy. I'm going through that too. Las night was so bad my leg hurts to walk today. No fun either
