Depends on the material. If it's one of those cheap polyester ones you can't change the color. Try a thrift store and get a used wedding dress.

That kind of material can't be bleached or dyed, so it's gonna stay black. Sorry!

Too much bleach will just desolve it. Just go buy a new one. Or make one out of an old sheet.

keep washing it with bleach. then if you want it more grey, wash it with a little black dye (or dark grey if you can find it).

soak it in a combination of laundry soap and bleach, not bleach by itself because its to strong.

clothing dye you can buy it even at target by the irons. fallow directions on those and youll be fine

YOU CAN TRY TO DYE IT WHITE, BUT IT WILL MOST LIKELY NOT WORK. TRY SPRAY PAINT, THEY MAKE A SPRAY FABRIC PAINT THAT YOU CAN GET IN WHITE. OR JUST TRY TO COAT IT WITH BABY POWER.
