Probably because the makers believe its not worth making it available for the PC. Or that its not good enough to put on PC. Who knows asks the makers?

They probably don't think it would sell well enough to justify a PC port. LCS is a pretty good game (for the $20 I paid for the PS2 port) but I can't see it getting a PC release.

Try it for yourself on PS2 first, don't let others make your own opinion for you and good luck with the game and sorry i don't know the answer but i think it is because Rockstar only make their games for the consoles they decide or the consoles that ask them to so unlucky.

Cuzz Rockstar doesn`t want to make it it was design first just for the PSP.

its just grand theft auto 3 with new missions,bit of a rip off really.

i think becose its most on plastations but its a good question becose they made vice city on pc so its kinda weird lol

dont no but i wouldnt bother mate i completed it in just under a week with no cheats at all its easy and boring
