It's apparently about a Brazil's TV company TV Globo.

'Rede Globo had for many years a near-monopoly on viewers, and with it, the power to influence presidential election results, with the use of news favorable to its proprietors' preferred candidates' http://experts.about.com/e/t/tv/TV_Globo.htm

'The documentary details the dominance of the TV Globo media group in Brazilian society, discussing the group's influence, power, and political connections.'
