Spanish Prisoner. If you like good dialogue and intrigue.
North by Northwest. Great!
It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World. It is an old comedy but I love it. I am oldish.
Hell in the Pacific. A war movie but the acting is great. Not much fighting but more of a man's struggle with who he is in war. Just two actors.
The Sting...definitely.

"Nochnoy Dozor," also known as "Night Watch," was really good. It's in Russian, though, so if subtitles bother you, I'd suggest avoiding it.
Another new film I'd recommend is "MirrorMask." Great to look at and the soundtrack was wonderful.
Some old films I like that not too many people have seen are "M" and "Hotel Berlin." "M" is one of the first serial killer films, and unlike many others, it's beautiful. It's a Fritz Lang film, though, so you've probably seen it. "Hotel Berlin" is about a bunch of people stuck in a big hotel in Berlin during WWII. Both films feature Peter Lorre doing an absolute bang-up job. As always.

"Hollywood Canteen". This is a very old movie which is not even out on dvd yet. You can get the VHS tape on-line. It's about a very popular club in hollywood which is frequented by many of the most famous people in cinema and music in the era, like Betty Davis, Will Rogers, and many, many others. Very interesting and funny.

I have a couple for you:
1) Requiem for a Dream ( Jared Leto)
2) Spun (John Leguizamo)
3) Snatch (Brad Pitt)
4) American History X (Edward Norton)
5) Bowling for Columbine (Michael Moore)
These are in no particular order, but they are all great movies that alot of people have not seen :)

One of my favorites is Frequency. That is a great movie, has a little bit of everything...drama, action, suspense. It's worth checking out.
