does grapefruit juice lower or higher your bloodpresure?

I just drink fresh grapefruit juice since i am also diabetic

grapefruit juice all by itself doesn't affect the blood pressure one way or the other. HOWEVER, there are blood pressure medications that can interact with grapefruit juice and with dire consequences, if you take medication for blood pressure, check with your pharmacist to be sure it doesn't interact with the juice.
