We already get charged for having the bins emptied, its called Council Tax. Every family pays it no matter what their colour.

Listen I work for the government and its called positive discrimination. In other words its ok to be a racist to whites. (I'm not racist at all but this is a fact) If you're not white you can go on a "gold" course and get promoted quicker than a white person. A FACT in my workplace.
