If you were talking about a book i would say "The Lost Boy" or "A Child Called It" but since you are talking about a movie i would have to say "Titanic" or "A Walk to Remember" I think "A Walk To Remember " makes me cry because she has to deal with cancer and her family has no money and she does not want to take treatment for cancer and then she falls in love and she did not tell the guy untill like a couple months before she passed away.

I'm pregnant and every movie I've watched for the last 3 months with characters crying in it gets me crying like a baby.... Most recently I rented Click with Adam Sandler and I cried when the characters cried near the end of the movie.... I'm so emotional now.....

Dead Poets Society - Man that movie makes you wanna hug all your teachers you knew back in the day!
New Cinema Paradise (AKA Nuovo cinema Paradiso) - I know it's an Italian movie and all but this movie made me shed a few tears.
The Cure - Aw man! They just had to do that last scene with the shoe and the river with the kid and....!!! Made me cry like a little girl.

Well the book that makes me cry is The Lost Boy and I think they might have that on tape or the other one is A Child Called It it is terrible!! It's about a abusive mother. It is just sad and horrible to me..
