bought those cheapy roll up vinyl blinds & painted them? If so, what kind of paint did you use. Also, what about covering them with fabric? Would'nt you just use a spray on adhesive to get the fabric to adhere?

I am going to say that the blinds you have bought are vinyl. Buy paint that will apply to vinyl and that should do the trick. I know you can buy this paint in a spray can from your local automotive dealer.

Yes you will need adhesive spray to attach fabric to those blinds.

You must be very careful and let all blinds dry before trying to roll up or put away because they will definitely stick together and you will never get them apart.

Would it not be better to go to your local paint store and see if you can order blinds you need without going through the hassle of painting. You will also get a professional finish and guarantee. Good Luck

If you paint them they will probably all stick together and not roll up,
