Firtsly, the happiest person on earth...Not one person, but millions all over earth, Children. A child with a stable and love fullfilled life is totally happy. Where in a normal (stable backgrounded)child's life do they wonder things like..

-do my parents really love me?
-am i a good person?
-I wish i had more money?
-how will i pay for that huge bill?
-.........etc

There are two reasons why a child can experience true happiness.

Firstly because they have limited responsiblities, and none of which they have to put upon themselves otherwise bad will come of it. Only small chores (maybe) that their parents set for them.

And secondly, because there minds are simple. Intelegence is a one way ticket to insanity.. The smarter you are and the more things you ponder.. The more you want and the more you ultimately worry.

another factor I suppose that has an impact on how happy you are as an adult is again your childhood. If you experience a time in you life based on happiness then you will find recreating the feeling an easier thing to do than others..making you a more rational and level headed person.

I am a very happy and contented person, but it took me a long time to get here !
I feel happiness is relative and can't be generalised ,it is inside of
a person or not !
I know a lot of people that are unhappy because they look for happiness on the outside !
Look within yourself and what makes you content when you think about it will find you happiness !

happiness is caused by a sudden release of endorphins in the brain. You can observe it if you have access to a PET scan.
Fortunately the condition is only temporary and is treatable. Closely linked to another deficiency called 'contentment'-another delusory phenomenon. If 'happiness' was more than short term, what would happen to the constant striving for more and better experiences? Happiness is much over-rated.
According to scholars "happiness is a warm gun", "happiness is egg-shaped" or "haipeinos" is a proprietory toilet cleaner- if you're Hungarian-(clean round the bend!)

i think that true happines comes from being satisfied with what you have and understanding the difference between needs and wants, and being satisfied with only fulfilling your needs. in other words, happiness happens when you don't have any longings for things that you don't have. and when you are happy where you are, and don't want to be anywhere else. this kind of happiness is a calm sort of happiness that probably doesn't even look or feel like people think happiness feels.

There are probably millions of people who feel they are the happiest people in the world. First love yourself;second be happy with what you have. It can always be a lot worse.

True happiness comes from being contented with what you have and have achieved in life. Each persons definition of true happiness will be personal to them.

for a person to be happy they need a family who loves them and cares for them, money is not everything and does not mean that you will be happy, for true happiness look deep within yourself and think, do i make other people happy, if the answer is yes, them you are a happy person, but, if the answer is no, then you are very very un-happy.
