I went to a Chevys restraunt once. The food wasn't that good and the service was horrible. To top it off as I was eating a mouse ran up the wall behind my friend I was eating with. I saw it 2-3 times before any one else would believe me. We called the waitress over and she got the manager. He said yeah, we keep calling the exterminator but they always seem to be there. They actually told us they knew they were there and were still seating people @ that booth. The thing was the resteraunt was only half full, there were plenty of other seats. They didn't even offer our money back, they did however offer a free meal on our next visit. The resteraunt was closed w/in less than a month after that exerience.

Buffalo Wild Wings. We got there, the place was packed, we ordered. 15 mins later, this douche started up Karaoke so loud that almost everyone in the place left and he refused to turn it down. More than a half-hour later we get our food. I ended up with drummies instead of wings and they had NO sauce, I ordered Wild sauce, I like it hot. All of the food seemed like it had been left in a microwave too long, chewy and dense. Went back once because I was sent $20 in gift certificates to make up for this. Service was just as bad and the food so-so at best. Done.

We once went as a group to I Hop after a movie. There weren't many other restaurants open then. They had a hard time taking the order and many of us were very unhappy about the food. We never ate there again.

We went to Smith & Wollensky in Las Vegas. They are a well respected chain of steak house, but I could not have been more dissapointed. First of all, they had us so crowded in that we could not get up from our table to go the restroom. The chairs from the next table were right up against ours. Then our order took 90 minutes to arrive and it was not very good.

I was totally suprised at the service level and food quality based on the number of excellent restaurants in LasVegas.

It happened to be a IHOP restaurant in Phoenix. The food was lousy, the meat tough as a cow's hide. We complained and ended up only paying for the soup. Apparently the butcher had ordered the wrong cut. What do you know Joe? Sometimes complaining helps. We have eaten at other IHOP's (Anaheim) and the food was good.

That must of sucked! My family and I went to bakers square for breakfast, the food was late, there was hair in the food and the sausage was undercooked. I believe we got a free meal.
