I want to quiz my students on the different icons that are on the toolbars on MS word screen but the only photo I can find is not clear.

One option which I use myself, is to do a Print Screen of your own desktop with MS Word open. In order that the Cut and Paste buttons on the Standard toolbar are showing (not greyed out), click the spacebar once and select the space.
Click on the Prt Sc button and paste the copy into MS Word.
Arrows from the Drawing toolbar can be used to point to individual buttons.

You can also crop the picture down to an individual toolbar or button, pasting it again for each toolbar or button you want to show on the page. This is good when you want to display the buttons in enlarged form.
