Yes, but only if you didn't know that it's going to be picked up in the sequel which, according to the rumours, is going to have Keith Richards playing Jack Sparrows dad. Should be good!

No, only because i was fully aware that there is going to be four films in all. I would have been gutted if Jack was actually dead and when the other captain of the black pearl came through there was no shock there because the monkey had jumped onto his boot a lot earlier in the film making it pretty clear he was coming back into it. The films have been getting a bad rap, i think the makers are maybe going a bit too far with fight scenes making the films longer than they need to be, but i really enjoyed both

I wasn't disappointed.... all films that are part of a trilogy have a ending which leaves you asking questions, it was exactly the same with the Lord of the Rings.

Can't wait till the next film comes out.

I knew it would be a cliffhanger ending, what with them filming the second and third films back to back, and i waited the whole movie to see Geoffrey Rush so i had an idea of what the end surprise might be....i was right and was very excited! bring on may next year when we get our conclusion!!! we had a three way sword fight in the second...can we see a four or five way with jack, will, barbosa, norrington and davy jones in the third?!?!

WORLDS END AHOY!!

Not really it builds up good suspense to the next film.

You did know it was a trilogy right?
