I was in the seventh grade when I really started to wear makeup. So that would make me what? 12ish? I did the whole works, foundation, eyeliner, mascara, lipgloss.. But lemme tell you, I'm kinda glad I did. After all those years of learning I know how to put on makeup correctly. Many people compliment me on my makeup, almost to the point where I've been asked to do theirs! I still wear foundation and eyeliner and the works. Despite what some people may think, foundation actually does more good than harm to your skin, provided that you find the right type and wash it off every night. Foundation protects your skin from the weather, such as wind and rain, and even dust getting into your pores. Like I said though, you have to make sure you wash it off every night though. That's actually the key to beautiful skin.

im 15 and i still don't wear it. U shouldn't unless u really need it. I only wear eyeshadow and concealor for the occasional blemish and lipgloss in semi natural shades. I have really thick eyelashes so i dont wear mascara and i have an even compexion so no foundation is necessary. if u dont need makeup dont wear it no matter what ur friends say!!!!!! if u dont need it and they do it just means u were blessed. Don't try to hide ur natural beauty!!!

I was in grade 10. I started wearing mascara and eyeliner, so I was about 15. Still now, that's mostly all I wear including bronzer occasionally. I wear the eyeliner inside my eye on the bottom, I don't wear foundation though. You always see people with a coloured line on their chin and jaw line. It just looks unnatural.

16. I had high self-esteem, good skin and didn't feel the need to hide behind makeup. I looked great without makeup. Actually I started wearing lipstick at 16. I didn't start wearing the works until college, because I had to cover up bags under my eyes from studying.
