my boyfriend and i let our friend stay with us
we told her it was temporary
we gave her a month
now her time is up and she wont leave
she is breaking things in our home
we call the police
and they dont do anything
i am five months pregnant
and she is fighting with me and the police do nothing
she doesnt pay rent and she is not on the lease
what do i do to get her out
she i ruining our lives

you invited her in it does not matter she is not in the lease you have to serve her eviction papers to get her out i have had to do that. once you gave her permission to stay it gave her a legal right to be their that's why the cops wouldn`t do anything just evict her or bring in the boy`s and through her @$$ out

When she goes somewhere lock her out of the house-change the locks-and if she tries to get in call the police and tell them they better hurry someone is trying to break in and you feel it is necessary to protect yourself! Your boyfriend is bigger and stronger then her so why don't he just pick her up and toss her outside-if he can't find someone who can! Take your broom to her and beat the dickens out of her-if she is too thick headed for that then use a ball bat! Maybe just the broom for starters! Don't feed her or let her rest and she should soon leave!

1st thing tell the rent office and 2nd change the locks when she leaves to go some where then take out a restraining order out on her incase she desides to act crazy

pack up her things when she is away from home. and put everything out! change keyholes!
