Unfortunately, I agree with the fact that Man Who Sold The World was a cover, and can't so much be considered a Nirvana song. Kudos to David Bowie, and yes, I like the Nirvana version, too.

My favorite though is Come As You Are.

There's something just so real about Kurt Cobain. He was someone who went and looked over the edge into the abyss... and didn't quite make it back. You can hear his pain, see it, smell it, touch it, taste it. He has as much soul as many of the blues singers they talk about... he just pushed a different direction than they musically.

I LOVE Lithium and Drain You. But Heart Shaped Box is definately my favorite. The Man Who Sold The World was a David Bowie song, but I like the Nirvana version better, and it's my favorite song the way they covered it... does that make sense? It does in my head.

Man who sold the World is amazing, but is not a Nirvana song.
There is no correct answer to this, they are all amazing, except Come as You Are, which was never one I enjoyed. Extra amazing songs include Polly(Incesticide version), Sliver, Territorial Pissings, All Apologies(Unplugged), Francis Farmer, And obviously Teen Spirit.

Heart Shaped Box and Smells Like Teen Spirit. Any song off of that album was really good actually.

I'd have to say "Heart-Shaped Box".

The opening guitar line is good yet easy to play which makes for a great song to play if you're just hanging out with friends. It's also one of those classic songs of theirs along with the video.
