If you pasted the code into a blog site as a post then the javascript is probably being blocked. If it is a free blog site, then you can almost guarantee it. If you are using wordpress or similar software, you need to paste the code into the page templates.

Do not use it. It is a scam. If you earning increases they do not pay you. Reason? they do not explain, they are not transparent. If you work hard to promote Google ads return is not satisfactory. It is better you do not waste your time.
