What is the best way to lose 20 lbs fast and without exercise?

You cannot lose it fast nor without exercise. If you starve yourself, you will only gain it back. Aim for 1-2 pounds a week and do some form of exercise.

That's a pretty big drop to make without exercise. But if its just the number you want try something like the South Beach Diet. You lose about 10 pounds in 2 weeks, and then about 2-3 pounds a week after that.

Remember that this is sort of a crash diet, and there is a good chance that without proper maintenance you will just put the weight back on.

However if this is something that you want to change and that you want to keep off, you have to make some lifestyle changes, adding in some light exercise like walking to and from work, or using margarine instead of butter will help you to make changes that will stick.

Eat healthy, I guess...But if you want to lose 20 pounds without exercise, I think it would take a while. Remember, the longer it takes you to lose the weight, the longer you'll keep it off.

well how fast is fast? I'm thinkin' it would take AT LEAST a month to lose that much. There's a diet pill called Phentermine. It's perscription only and you must be "obese" to get it...up to your dr though really. Probably depends on how old you are too.
Eat less & exercise though...that's it. Too bad there's no magic button to push...I'd be a whole lot thinner! LOL!

This is how my friend told me to do it. When you eat carots you use more calories that the carot actually gives you. He told me you can lose weight fast doing this, but you have to eat only carots, everyday all day, I haven't tried it. I love carots, but not THAT much.
