Mount Everest clocks in at the highest point above sea level at 8,848 meters (29,028 ft.).
The lowest point on land is at the shore of the Dead Sea which sits at 418 meters (1,371 ft.) below sea level.
The deepest part of the ocean is the Challenger Deep of the Mariana Trench: 10,911 meters (35,797 ft.) below sea level.
Measuring from the center of the Earth will yield different results because the Earth is not a perfect sphere.
Mt. Chimborazao lies at 6384.4 km from the center of the Earth and a point somewhere in the arctic ocean is probably the closest to the center of the Earth, around 4,000 km.

If you are talking land mass then it is Mt. Everest and Death Valley but if you are talking about in earth general it would be Mt. Everest and the Mariana Trench in the Western North Pacific.
The trench is the boundary where two tectonic plates meet, a subduction zone where the Pacific Plate is being subducted under the Philippine Plate. The bottom of the trench (Challenger Deep) is farther below sea level than Mount Everest is above it. The trench has a maximum depth of 10,911 meters (35,798 ft) below sea level. Taking into account its latitude and the Earth's equatorial bulge, this puts it at 6,366.4 kilometers (3,955.9 mi) from the center of the Earth. The Arctic Ocean, on the other hand, is about 4,500 meters (14,800 ft) deep, which would put its floor at 6,353 kilometers (3,947 mi) from the Earth's center, some 13 kilometers (8.5 mi) closer

Well the highest point could be in question. Depends on your measurement. Mt. Chimborazo in Ecuador is the highest if measured from the center of the earth.

mount everest is correct for the highest point
but you have to qualify the answer for the lowest point.
Most of the time the answer is referenced to
sea level without being under water.
which in this case is Death Valley.
