Hello, I am a OB/GYN and I am going to help you! When you are pregnant, even just 10 weeks, your feet will start to get sore, because eventually they will swell up VERY bad! This is because when you are pregnant, your body obtains SOOOO much water, and it causes your feet to swell up! If you think your pregnant, you need to get a home pregnancy test or go to the doctor. If you have anymore questions or concerns, you may email me at Dr.KimKersey07@yahoo.com Thanks! < Kim Kersey

The soles of my feet get sore all the time. I don't think that has anything to do with being pregnant or not. If you think you might be pregnant take a pregnancy test.

Thank you! I thought I was the only one who experienced this. I have heard of leg cramps in pregnancy, but when I was around 10-12 weeks, I got terrible cramps in the bottom of my feet. I have no idea what caused it, and they went away after about 2 weeks. I forgot to bring it up with my doctor, because they went away and didn't bother me anymore. I would love to hear what your doctor has to say about that if you are pregant.
