Did you bleed the system? you have to bench bleed some slaves before you install , otherwise there should be a bleeders on it just like the ones on acaliper, try bleeding the system. sounds like you have alot of trapped air.

ase 23 years and you recomend pumping 100 times ??
If you are going to bleed you depress pedal, open and close the bleeder , release pedal and repeat,
while checking fluid level.
Only problem here is the statement "the spring is good, it goes down but not come up" What spring ??
Better look at that spring again. Pedal should come up regardless of other problem.
Why did we replace slave cylinder ?/ Was it leaking or what ??
Pumping the pedal with no resistance build up would indicate a bad master cylinder or not enough brake fluid in reservoir. or the linkage has come loose.
Don't replace parts till you know the problem.

sometimes you have to pump the clutch alot, 100 times rapidly and the pedal will pump up then bleed it at the bleeder on the slave cyl.
ase tech 23 years.

Could need bleeding, or you may need a clutch master cylinder.
