however busy u may be, u should learn to take some time out just for yourself. this time should be utilised just the way u would want to, be it meeting friends, going out for a movie, playing some game/sport, reading, walking, training, exercising. anything. u could change the pattern regularly so that it does not fall into a routine because then it won't remain a relaxation for u any more.

Hi there !
First of all take away the wrong feeling from your mind that
"you are the busiest person in the world" ..okay ?
step 2 : A little bit of music, maybe 30 to 45 minutes per day, either morning or evening, music of your chice which will relax your mind....calm your mind....
step 3 : A little bit of reading other than study books at bed time...is really good...again the books of your choice which will make you relax..
step 4 : Stick on to a regular timing for food especially the dinner...earlier the dinner the better....
step 5 ; Find out whether it is feasible to squeeze in time for "walking" at least three days in a week ...if NO..forget it..
later on..once you streamline the other timings, you can find time for walking without much difficulty..okay ?
"Study well" , but "Relaaaxxxxx too" !

well I give massages to certain clientele who are too busy to go to a spa. I charge to come to a client's house and then I set up. They usually are return businesses. I have a background in health and fitness, as well as massage.

im also a student n the best way to relax urself is listening to soft music not that roch or jazz soft which will relax ur mind

no schedule is busy...if u feel its boring..u feel ur busy..so have fun in wat ever u do..adn still u wanna relax...make a lsit of ur part time activities which makes u happy..
for example..if i go to gym or play any sport..i feel relaxed...so u find something like tht..and do tht..it not only relaxex u..but willmake ur mind work a bit faster..
