We have increased electrical ouput well beyond pre-war standards. Crude oil output is at its highest since before the war. More people have access to better quality health care than in thirty years. More children are going to more schools and the women are enjoying more freedoms than ever.

Haven't we already paid bektel or one of those companies to rebuild the infra-structure in Iraq? If they haven't then perhaps we should just make them fulfill their obligations.

I think we paid Halliburton et al to rebuild Iraq. They didn't, so they should do it FAST and correctly or give ALL the money back so that Iraqis could be paid to do it themselves. Down with Dictator Dumbya!!!
