I think Hell will freeze over before Meth is legalized. It is a terrible and completely destructive drug.
And no..the people already in jail for Meth related charges would not be released, because at the time they committed their offence it was illegal. You can't retroactively do things, then what.... make cigarettes illegal and then putting people in jail because they smoked 25 years ago.

Meth will never be made legal. It won't be long before we are required to have a prescription for over the counter cold meds, due to Meth addicts stupidity.

no the law was/ is that meth is illegal.
if the law were changed it would not alter those cases that had gone through due process.
