pick a store near you and be relentless. go there every morning when they open. stores are only getting about 4 every 2-3 weeks.

I found one at Toys R Us. Go to their website and type in TMX Elmo in the search box. Of course, you have to pay shipping and handling, but it is $39.99 there for the TMX Elmo (plus shipping & handling).

It used to be available everywhere; but greedy people got a hold of it to make an easy holiday profit by exploiting parents. I for one am not planning on paying the overpriced bloodsuckers; I'd rather get my son something else than give in to their abuse.

I was told that they sent out introductory amounts to the stores and won't be releasing anymore until December.

I'm waiting til after Christmas. I'm not going to be one of these crazy shoppers flipping out about it. Good luck with it though.

good luck with that i havent been able to find one for regular price as of yet and i am not going to get it from amazon or ebay they are way over priced

keep checking at Wal-mart -- I heard they are supposed to be getting shipments in, they just don't know when. I refuse to pay $200.00 -- look on e-bay someone is selling one for $5,000.00! Outrageous!
