Mr. Spanky and djfjedi1976 got it right; that's exactly what will happen. The world will end, but not literally. The world will end metaphorically speaking, everything will change, we will enter a new age, a new world order, etc.

No, I don't.
And that's not what the "mayan calendar" says -- it says nothing about the world ending. The calendar just ends there, because the people who came up with the calendar couldn't imagine a time that far off.

no, and this is all new to me. i'm not familiar with the mayan calendar, but this is something i've never heard of before. maybe you should keep in mind how environmentalists helped write the idea for the day after tomarrow movie? maybe bill clinton and john kerry joined together to wrote the "revised" mayan calendar (HAHAHAHAH!)

Nope.......the Mayan calendar ends in 2012 because they were killed off and couldn't make the new calendar. Their calendars have cycles of different gods....like the corn god, the moon god, the sun god, etc. Their rein lasts a certain number of years before it is time for the new god.....this gods rein is over in 2012.........

The 2012 Reference is actually a truncated version of how the dates were recorded. The dates were actually recorded with the equivalent of 24 digits.

The Mayan calendar is actually just changing - not ending. What will happen is that those who are ready will rise into fourth density, and those who aren't won't.

I have seen that before, but i don't believe it. I mean the bible says that even Christ doesn't know when the world will end. But i do believe that at some point this world will make way for paradise.

December 24, 2012 is supposed to be the date. I guess we'll all have to wait and see. Personally I try to remind myself that I'm not permanent, I am a visitor here.

They do not say the world will end just that it is the beginning of a new age. the end of the present age
