Look for DVD shrink will compress to fit, or use DL disc.

You'll have to compress the dvd file by using dvd ripping program (you can also delete some of the extras to same space).

you can use double sided dvds they are actually cheaper than your normal r-dvds and once you use it you can delete the film of it and copy another. hope that helps
