There is such a coin out there. The obverse should have a bust of liberty with 13 stars around her bust. The reverse has San Francisco California and the eagle with shield. Above the eagle are an oval of stars. It has twenty D, at the bottom.. It is a Kellogg & Company 20 dollar gold piece. They went into circulation on Feb.09 1854. However General Motors back in the 1960's had a lot of copies made for a promotion. It was before the Hobby Protection act, so the word copy is not on them. they are gold colored not gold. I am not a collector of private gold coins, out of my price range. That being the case, I do not know what the weight of a real one is. A coin dealer who sells such items can help. You can also send it to a grading and authentifacation service and have them tell you. Go to WWW.ANACS.com for more info and cost. Most all coin value guides do not have values for this type item, due to it's small collector base and they are pricey. They sell for in the thousands like $5,000 and up.

It might be a $20 gold piece from the era of the California gold rush. Several private firms made coins from the gold being brought to town by the miners. Take it to a local coin dealer to see if it is authentic as there were a lot of imitations of these items made.

Fuel: about an ounce less than too much. Angle: Ummmmmm . . . 34 degrees from the horizontal, taking into account crosswinds, headwinds, tailwinds, and how much weight an African swallow can carry and at what rate. Should be fun! Good point, David! (lol)
