In the movie - after visiting Bobbie in the hospital - there's a scene when the group is standing outside a TV shop talking about the upcoming dance competition. There is an old movie playing on the TV's in the shop window. A man in a gray suit and a woman is in a red sequined dress are dancing together. Could anyone tell me what that old movie is? I've tried looking in the movie credits and can't find it...

Don't know the movie, but it was Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers. Try looking up movies starring those two together.

That could have been the original "Shall We Dance?" movie which was filmed in Japan but I couldn't be sure on that.
