how do i get my philandering wife deported from italy?

I'm in the Philippines and my wife is working in Italy and living-in with another man who is also a filipino. How do i get them deported back to the philippines so i can sue them in court? Can anybody from Italy please help me get some evidence for me to use in court please?

adultery is not a crime in Italy ... I suggest you go to italy and file for divorce there since she is legally in the country with a work visa
