i need a list of technical questions for an airline pilot's interview.?

i'm helping a pilot who was laid off from varig airlines in brazil prepare for an interview for a japanese airline.

not sure i would support "cheating" in this if he know his job he knows his job and the questions shouldnt be a prob and this is one industry that u really dont want somebody doing it on the fly (oops bad pun lol)
