I didn't know if you could look it up by soc. # or not? A friend of mine is in a jam, and I want to help her, but I need to know if I will have the money to cover it or not. I can't find out through my job because there is no one working today that can answer this for me!!! :(

it sounds to me like the best thing you can do is check your account online at about 6am the day you get paid (this is if your bank offers online banking) if there isn't anyone at your work that can tell you, that's pretty much your only option

You are not supposed to see how much will be your paycheck,it's depends how many hours did you work?Is there any public Holiday fall on that week? Are you remain absent any day..Have you worked overtime? all those things affect your paycheck! The day before if you like to know ; you can go on line where you works either for the company or Govt Job..If it's a Govt job..I am not sure you can see it nor with the company even,If you are in US..Most of the company keeps outside accountant who prepare the payroll and some companies they do out sourcing assignment. You can goon line if you know the password and check it out.

Can you look it up through the bank in which you have direct deposit. Usually the money isn't in there til midnight. Doesn't your employer give you a stub?

Unless your company has an online system where you can look you are out of luck
