I would think it would be pronounced "Zuh- ny- uh" which I think is pretty.

Pronunciation is really up to the person doing the naming. For this name I like the first pronunciation. Either way since you're the mom it's what you like. We named my daughter Rhea. Most people are going to pronounce it Ree-ah like Rhea Pearlman from Cheers. But it is a family name, and it is pronounced Ray like ray of sunshine. So, it's really up to you. Good luck.

Za-nee-ah is adulterness in arabic. I would suggest looking for names that mean something good rather than just a name that u think sounds nice.

Okay. I don't think I would go with that name. When you type it into a search engine it pops up as meaning "Adulteress" or "Harlot". Not a good meaning for your little one. I was unable to find a specific pronunciation for Zaniah.

How about:
Brynn - BRIN - Means "hill, mound" in Welsh (one of my best friends is named Brinn)
Aubrey - AWB-ree - Means "Magical Advisor"
Kyra - KIE-ra - Means "Lord"
Gretchen - GRECH-en - Means "Pearl" (when I was in school I had a friend named Gretchen, you don't hear this name very often)
