If you've felt this way for a while, you should tell him that you have feelings for him. Don't be scared. He may feel the same way. If he doesn't and it gets weird, he can't have been that great of a friend anyway.

From past experiences, I have always heard, and have seen, that best friends should not get together for the simple reason that, if it doesn't work out, will you two still be best friends, or will the breakup be so bad that you will never talk again. You have to look at the big picture here. Is getting together with him, and it not working out, worth losing his friendship over? Not a fun or good way to lose a best friend. You just have to figure out which relationship is going to be the best one for the both of you.

This seems to be a very common problem for friends. I say go for it, a true friend will respect your honesty. He may not have the same feelings you have, but it will be easier on the friendship to get it out in the open. I imagine its hard to keep something so important to you from your best friend!

I told him. He didn't tell meback then that he actualy did like me too cuz he was nervous, but it definitly made him think about me! 3 days ago he told me he loves me :) I think honesty even if it is tough and doesn't give you the answer you want at the time, is the best in the long run. Well I'm not sure it would be the best idea for you to tell him becuz there's a good chance that it would mess up your friendship. So wait awhile to see if he likes you back, so know one gets hurt.

I used to have the HUGEST, I mean HUGEST crush on my best guy friend. But he found out, and acted so weird around me. He would be nice to my other friends as he usually is but then he would act awkward around me. Then I got over him, and he knew I did. Now we are totally coool, and close. He likes someone else and I like someone else. If he doesnt like you, but he finds out you like him, he might start to act WAY differently with you like mine did with me.

Just tell him...Say --------I have a big crush on you! I don't know when it happen, but I discovered that I have a crush on you! (Ha! Ha!) He just might feel the same way about you! Why waste time?

tell him the way you feel and if you are bestfriends no you could ruin youre relationship but if you do make shore he likes you back
