Depends if they're plant-eating fish or carnivores.

Too much will pollute the water, so be careful.

Iceberg lettuce is lacking in nutrients, try romaine.

Fish love green leafy veggies. Especially salt water fish. Ours love it and it is pretty good for them. Keeps their mind off of eating other fish.

are you trying to feed your fish lettuce? i think you should just stick with regular fish food...

yes, but if you want to go that route, maybe you should do some live plants in there as it will help with the water quality as well - it's a win win with live plants... they're fairly inexpensive also
