Where can I find info on rental markets? For example, I'd imagine a college town might have a 50% rental market while a very rural secluded area might only be 15%. I know these figures are out there.. where can i find them? Anyone have a link?

You can also check out Best Places, which lists that information. It's searchable by city, state, and ZIP code.

The U.S. Census Bureau's American Factfinder website gives you percentages of "renter-occupied housing." You can search by ZIP code or type in a city,state.
