I was wondering what was a good 40 yard time for me, im 15 years old, im english, 6 foot 3, 11 stone (164 pounds) errmmm athletic/lean body lanky frame.

atm im only running around a 4.9 !!!!!!!! :(

At your age, I would say at least 4.9. Since you're a wide receiver, 4.7-4.8 should be really good. But slower than a 5.1 isnt good at all for a receiver at your age.

At that age, size , and weight I'd say around 4.8 is pretty normal

4.5 is good for normal. 4.6 is about average. fastest is 4.2 Deion Sanders speed.

at that age, under 5 seconds is considered good.

remember that the pro wr/rb/db run around 4.3-4.6, lb/te/de run 4.5-4.8, ol/dt run 4.6-5.0.

4.2 would be a good speed. Use that one.

4.4 for a high school kid would be good... hit the weights and bulk up...
