I will be graduating nursing school in December and will be moving, I will also change jobs, the one I am now working I have been there for only 4 months.meaning the job history isnt great .

Check into FHA. When I was young and poor, I bought my first house through them with no money down - it's a wonderful program.

Depends how "not so good" your credit is. Assuming you are going to get a job as a Nurse when you move, then your job history is great because your time at Nursing school counts. FHA would be great, but you may even qualify for 100% financing.

well wat is a not so good credit is it less than 660. my mother n law owns a real estate and mortgage company and i'm one of the realtor we can help you on buying a brand new home with 0% down we do it all the time about your job no problem with that we have a lender that doesn't require job history. where are you planning to buy a home? i have a couple of city that has brand new homes and it has 100k equity already so if you need help feel free to e-mail me at ramanlapaz@aol.com

Look for a home that the owner is willing to owner finance....agree to pay him off in the future once you get your credit re-establish....make sure you give yourself enough time to fix your credit.
