I would like to do a MBA edegree on line, will it add more wait to my career?

I am a Mechanical Technician with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and working for a Power generating company and would like to persue the above mentioned course. Which is the best online degree institution to join from South Africa? and at what level should I start?I work and leave in Kenya.

Very few people will be impressed with a degree from an on-line university.

It may add some "wait" but if you do not learn to spell it will certainly not add any weight!
