Alcohol dehydrates so drink lots and lots of liquids. I like gatorade, gingerale or plain water. If you can get to a convenience store or a drugstore pick up some alka-seltzer morning relief formula, it rocks. And eat a high carb meal. This helps absorb any alcohol that is still in your stomach.
Next time pace yourself. No more than one drink per hour. Match each drink with a glass of water to keep from getting dehydrated. Don't mix drinks and eat something with your liquor.

I have a bit of experience on this subject. I suggest a high fructose breakfast --say fruit, fresh, frozen or canned. I've also felt much bbetter after a Bloody Mary--and studies show some "hair of the dog" ie another drink does make the raw" jaggedy lining of the abussed stomach smoothe out--they actually sent a little camera down in there. Also, try a couple aspirin or tylonal before bed after a night of binging. Buttered toast will also help settle the tummy--. Good Luck--and keep on partyin"!!!

OOOOh
I have been there done that, it sucks, sorry
But vitamin C helps, and some chinese food ( with NO msg)
Steamed rice orange chicken is the best.
It absoarbs the toxins, and the orange chicken, will fill the emty spaces in your tummy, so you don't have the nausia feeling.
Don't eat too fast or too much, that can be VERY harmfull.
Good Luck,
A cold Compress will help with the headache.
Good luck, I hope baby feels better, *tucks into bed, kisses forhead*

Lots and lots of Coke (the sugar and caffeine help, so not Diet Coke), a couple of aspirin, and plain bread without any butter to soak up stomach acid which can make you nauseous. Works every time!
