I don't think you can claim it as a religion, but it's certainly a right!
No matter what the age, or sex. We all deserve our down time, no matter what it is you want to do.

Yes you should. if people want acknowledgement for real petty sh*t like hiding religious jewelery, then u should claim that as ur religion.

If you know that you are going to live into your eighties or nineties, I suppose that it is okay. Problem is, no one knows at what hour God will require their soul. I suggest you get saved, if you are not (and I suspect that you are not) so that you will not have to spend eternity in hell. Otherwise, people should leave you alone.
