Maybelline or Cover Girl. Make sure the concealer is a shade lighter than your skin tone. You'll get better coverage, too, if you apply it with a brush. Then set the concealer with the same shade of pressed powder. No more dark circles!

Most concealers or foundations aren't waterproof, and will run off in water or while you sweat. And most definitely need quiet a few reapplications. I'm not sure what you're allergic to or what would cause you to break out. I'm not a big suffer of acne, so I'm not positive on what would irritate that for you. If your acne and blemishes are really that bad, I advise using a foundation product, rather than a concealer. For a drug store brand, I would recommend Revlon - ColorStay Liquid Foundation. It has really nice coverage and an SPF15 feature. I don't swim much, so I'm unsure of how this product will work in water. You shouldn't apply sunscreen to your face while wearing a concealer or foundation. It will just cause your face to get oily and run of your makeup. If any makeup product irritates you, take it back. Revlon is available at an Ulta store.

Neutrogena Skin Clearing Oil-Free Concealer. It has salicylic acid so it not only hides bu also treats your blemishes. It's around $9. Maybelline True Illusion Undetectable Concealer is also good it has SPF 10 so your blemishes won't get darker and its more affordable at $5. :-)

Cover Girl has a solid stick concealer. it is oil free & it covers almost anything. i have used it for years and wouldn't go a day without it. before that, i tried about every kind of concealer without any luck.

I have sensitive skin and CoverGirl makes my face burn as though I had a sunburn. Good drugstore brands...if you have sensitive skin like me would be Almay (it is hypo-allergenic...may not give you a breakout like another drugstore brand would) and Physician's Formula. Be cautious when using CoverGirl and Max Factor cosmetics...esp. if you're prone to acne or have sensitive skin.

i tried the dream matte mousse the other day, it seems thick at first but it spreads evenly and blends very well if you get the right skin tone color
