Actually, when people at work call in sick, and I know that they're not, I usually write down either explosive diarrhea or projectile vomiting because they both sound so funny!!! Um, diarrhea because I hate throwing up. Also, less of a mess to clean up because you explode diarrhea into the toilet, you may not do that with projectile vomiting. Either way, happy excrement!!!

Projectile vomiting. At least you can throw up anywhere, with diarrhea, you have to run and search for a bathroom.

Im gonna have to agree with sweets on this one ....the diarhea would be a tad inconvient. You vomit you brush your teeth and you are on your merry way. You explode into a toilet and it makes a bit of a mess all that nasty splashing then you have to take a shower. Ill stick with the exorcist style puking. If im lucky I can hit someone I dont like and they cant blame me cause ...im sick. Therefor not my fault.
