Medically there is not a problem, But your hormones may change the pigmentation of your hair & come out a totally different colour than the one you want.
So get advice from a professional & have a strand test first.
Dont bleach your hair though because it will weaken your hair & after giving birth your hair is weak enough.
I know ALL OF THIS TO BE TRUE because my girlfriend asked the same question when pregnant

there been no evidence of any danger from coloring hair during this time. The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologist's Planning for Pregnancy, Birth & Beyond says using hair color or hair perm products "is okay when you're pregnant. The New York office of the Organization of Teratology Information Services, which provides information on potential reproductive risks, says that while the data are limited, coloring your hair during pregnancy is probably safe. They point out that these chemicals have been around a long time and no research shows they cause defects in newborns. Plus, if you apply them safely (using gloves in a well-ventilated room), you don't really absorb much of the chemicals into your system.

strong fumes and the dye coming in contact with the scalp may be harmful to pregnancy. But several studies have provided no conclusive evidence that this is true, or not. The scalp absorbs a small amount of chemical, but many doctors suggest playing it safe by not coloring your hair in your first trimester. If you’re still worried, you can use vegetable dyes or get highlights only.

Yes, you can- make sure you are in a well ventilated place so the fumes don't make you sick. My aunt and I both have problems coloring our hair when we are pregnant- I guess the hormones change thing because our hair colors never come out right. She was lavender instead on blonde once and I got cotton candy pink instead of ginger. Pick a nice neutral color- maybe close to your natural color so you don't have to do it as often. Good Luck!!
