First, call the bank. If they cannot give you any information, then they may at least be able to tell you the lawyer who set up the trust.

If he did infact set a trust and its yours you would ahve been contacted and if you were unable to be contacted liek you moved, it is on public record. go to the local court house and fing out.

Your not going to find out unless he tells you or until he dies and his will is read. I do believe info like that is between his attorney and him.
