Sometimes when I feel the need to urinate I contract my bladder and the muscles in that region and I have a great feeling surging up my spine. Is this some kind of orgasm or what?

I know exactly what you are talking about. I discovered it when I was about 16 and it was awesome. If your bladder is full it doesnt work well and you will have to go pee. But when your bladder isnt super full and you contract those muscles, it will lead to an orgasm. After I started having sex, my partner would press my abdomen while he was penetrating. Its the same feeling as the bladder thing, but 100x better. Enjoy

is this while your playing with yourself? if so then yes.
also, what you seem to be doing is working your kegal muscles, (these are the muscles that help during childbirth) this can be pleasurable to some women. be glad your one of them!
it's alright that you don't know much about orgasm. your a virgin and if you haven't talked to someone, how are you supposed to know?
