I would have to say my favorite River Phoenix movie is Stand by Me....he was great in it....he was such a great actor....what a loss for the film industry and the world when he died!!

I am a huge River Phoenix fan! I also love "Dog Fight" and "Running on Empty". IMO, he is one of the most talented actors of all time.
