I heard on the radio this morning that O.J. Simpson is getting paid 3.5 million dollars to write a book about the death of his ex-wife and her boyfriend. Get this: The title of the book is going to be "If I Did It".

Basically, the book is going to be a "fictional" story about all the events leading up to the deaths and how he did it IF he did it. The ironic part is, he CAN'T get in trouble for this no matter how much evidence there is to show that he actually commited the murder. He could literally title the book "I DID IT" and NOT get jailed for it since the jury already considered him "NOT guilty", therefore he cannot get charged for being guilty since it would be considered 'Double Jeopardy'. Then again, this is all hypothetically speaking since this is just a "fictional" story, right?

the book should really be called "When I Dit It", as there can't be too many people who are in any doubt about what happened.

Just goes to show that all you have to do is be an all american football player and you can murder your ex-wife, her boyfriend and still get to write a book. Only in America
