yea they broke up a month ago. Hes rumored to be dating Penelope Cruz. Kate has a new beau British male supermodel James Rousseau. Hes 25 yrs old.

Dang, thats old gossip. They broke up a while ago and he has been rumored to be dating Penelope Cruz (not true) and she is dating a model from NYC. If you care that much about them, you should read these websites everyday, b/c they are great!!

Yes, he and Kate have been split up...they really go out of their way to avoid each other as well. He is seeing someone new (and it isn't me, darn)....I don't know whom it is, but you know she has to be a size 0, blonde beauty.....I don't know if Kate is seeing someone else, but who care about her, I likey himmy....hehe
